I have always wanted to own a boutique. I taught school for 22 years and retired in 2005. I met the man of my dreams on June 21, 2013. Eight days later he asked me to marry him. Dick and I have been married for 6 years. We have 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren. When I had the opportunity to open a boutique he stood by me and encouraged me. On June 22, 2019 I lost the most important person and the person who shaped me and lead  me to be the woman I am today, My MaMa. In November, 2019 I had the opportunity to buy and open a boutique. After much discussion we bought it. It started as a Women's clothing store but now has become a Women's and Children's clothing boutique. The name was easy. My Mom was nicknamed Polka Dot and her middle name was Rose; thus came the name Polka Dot Rose Boutique.
